• How do I place an order?

• What are the payment methods?

  • cash on delivery in Morocco

• Do you deliver to Morocco and internationally?

  Yes. Air Babouche delivers to Morocco and worldwide. Delivery is free.

• Can slippers be customized?

  Yes. Our babouches can be customized on genuine leather with:
  • initials
  • patterns
  • graphic elements or unique designs

• Can a product be returned or exchanged?

  Standard models can be returned within 7 days if new, unworn, and in their original packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, except for defects reported within 48 hours.
